You will work directly with our data team to maintain accurate records and assist with technical troubleshooting. Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into our CRM and database systems.
- Perform quality assurance checks on nightly data reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist the technical support team in triaging evening incoming support tickets via email and chat.
- Generate and distribute daily summary reports to the senior management team.
- Organize and archive digital and physical files to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements for night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our New Orleans office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
