Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts and network issues during evening hours.
- Assist the IT department with data entry, documentation, and database maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff working the night shift.
- Conduct routine checks on hardware and software to ensure system stability.
- Participate in weekly intern training sessions and shadow senior engineers.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program (must provide proof of enrollment).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
