Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and software applications during night operations.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and clients via chat and email.
- Assist in data entry, report generation, and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with the night team to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical interactions and problems.
- Adhere to company security protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in weekly team stand-ups and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate program (Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field preferred).
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work the Night Shift (specific evening hours).
