Apex Operations Center is currently hiring Summer Interns for our high-volume Night Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience, earn valuable college credit, and build a professional network in a fast-paced environment.
Our night shift team plays a critical role in ensuring our clients' supply chains run smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. As an intern, you will work directly with senior management and receive mentorship from industry experts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track incoming shipments and inventory logs during night shifts.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate digital records using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on products before final processing.
- Participate in daily shift briefings and safety training sessions.
- Support the night supervisor with administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must receive college credit for this internship position.
- Available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
