Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document operational data and generate performance reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year degree program (Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field)
- Availability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends as needed
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
