Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Oversee daily workflow and system performance during the night shift to ensure seamless operations.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input, verify, and analyze data using internal software and databases.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic technical or procedural issues.
- Reporting: Generate daily status reports and communicate key findings to the day-shift management team.
- Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the night operations team.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (specific hours discussed during interview).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and strong typing skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
