Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations center functions including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Assist with customer service inquiries via phone and digital channels during night hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization initiatives
- Monitor and report operational metrics using enterprise software systems
- Participate in night shift safety audits and compliance documentation
- Support community outreach programs scheduled during evening hours
- Complete weekly training modules and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (any major)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM) through August
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service or logistics experience preferred
