Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination of weekend shipping and receiving operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock organization and auditing.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding weekend delivery schedules and tracking.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify areas for process improvement.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date digital records.
- Ensure the warehouse and office areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
