Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily inventory tracking and stock management.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
- Conduct research and compile data for weekly performance reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support daily business functions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (must be returning in the fall).
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours) during the summer months.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for local errands).
