Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with daily operations and system troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal reports.
- Update and maintain project documentation and databases.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to assist in product development.
- Provide administrative support to department heads.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong interest in Information Technology or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week during summer.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
