Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues or bugs to the engineering team.
- Organize and prepare data for weekly team meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule during summer and fall months.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
