Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with software development tasks, bug reporting, and code reviews under supervision.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support our digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and agile sprint planning sessions.
- Manage social media accounts and assist in the execution of content marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior data to suggest improvements for SEO and conversion rates.
- Support the HR department with recruitment activities and onboarding new hires.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, data analysis, or digital marketing.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
