Responsibilities
- Assist the logistics team with tracking shipments, analyzing delivery data, and maintaining inventory records using Excel and internal software.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to identify trends that can improve operational efficiency.
- Support project management tasks by preparing documentation, presentations, and meeting agendas for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
- Attend weekly team meetings and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
