Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support business strategy initiatives.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for the senior management team.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
- Support the development and testing of software prototypes (if applicable to department).
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Associate's, or High School Diploma program (Students Welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of web technologies or digital marketing concepts is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during summer break.
