Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and technical solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and agile planning sessions.
- Document code, processes, and technical specifications clearly and concisely.
- Support troubleshooting and debugging of existing systems under senior supervision.
- Attend weekly training workshops and skill-building sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
- High level of professionalism and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Availability to work full-time (35-40 hours per week) throughout the summer.
