Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in designing, developing, and testing software solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile development ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and user experience.
- Document technical requirements, designs, and processes clearly and concisely.
- Support quality assurance (QA) testing and bug tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
