Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent for technical and engineering roles.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from resume screening to candidate interviews.
- Support the SEO team in optimizing job descriptions and company web content for search engines.
- Manage and update job postings on major career boards and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person recruitment events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and SEO performance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology.
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals (Keywords, On-page optimization, Analytics).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability for a 12-week summer program (minimum 20 hours/week).
