Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct in-depth market research and compile data into comprehensive reports.
- Support the creation of presentations, marketing materials, and internal documentation.
- Attend team meetings, take minutes, and track project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (freshman to senior year).
- Strong interest in technology, marketing, or business operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) during the summer months.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
