Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Team: Support developers and engineers in coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Create Content: Draft blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral under the guidance of senior copywriters.
- Attend Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to stay aligned on project goals.
- Manage Data: Organize and maintain digital databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- User Testing: Assist in gathering user feedback and documenting user stories for product improvements.
- Documentation: Help create technical documentation and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year) in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (June through August).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or social media platforms is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
