Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the operations manager with daily tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing physical inventory.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, answer phone inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Administrative Assistance: Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend coverage.
- Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the team.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
