Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend logistics and operations tasks.
- Monitor and maintain daily inventory and supply levels for weekend events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform data entry and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our facility on weekends.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Summer/Fall start date).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
