Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations and inventory management during peak weekend hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and fully stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute weekend promotional events and sales targets.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and process returns/exchanges.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Energetic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Valid I-9 documentation for employment eligibility.
