Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Assist with essential operational tasks and workflow processes during weekend shifts to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients visiting the facility, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Assist the logistics team with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain organized digital and physical records, including processing data entry tasks and preparing basic weekly reports.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with full-time staff and fellow interns to ensure team goals are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (rising junior, senior, or graduate student preferred).
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate setting.
