Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide top-tier customer support during peak weekend operations.
- Conduct market research and assist in preparing weekly technical reports.
- Collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and project databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Technical or Business preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
