Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team in managing daily workflows during weekend shifts.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support ongoing projects.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via email and chat platforms.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Help maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
