Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations team with data entry, inventory tracking, and filing during weekend shifts.
- Support the logistics department in preparing weekly reports and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify areas for process improvement within the weekend workflow.
- Conduct market research to identify trends that could impact upcoming summer projects.
- Attend weekly intern training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
- Answer incoming inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
