Responsibilities
- Assist the night shift supervisor with inventory audits and cycle counting procedures.
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS) to update stock levels and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and label outgoing packages for the morning delivery team.
- Document daily operational data and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Support the logistics team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and email).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
