Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing & Sales Team: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and market research initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and assist in the preparation of weekly performance reports.
- Client Communication: Help maintain relationships with local clients and vendors through professional correspondence and scheduling.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and logistics of local community events and office gatherings.
- Administrative Support: Manage filing systems, draft correspondence, and organize team meeting materials.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (any major, but Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required as this is a local position within Sacramento.
