Responsibilities
- Assist with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Manage hardware/software inventory and deployment
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects
- Provide helpdesk support to internal teams
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during summer/fall
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
