Responsibilities
- Support system maintenance and troubleshooting for client infrastructure
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document technical procedures and create user guides

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm) June-August
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred for local site visits
