Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with the creation and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Conduct market research to identify local trends and competitor activities in the Portland area.
- Support daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Help organize and coordinate community outreach events and networking meetups.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to learn about project goals and provide fresh ideas.
- Update and maintain internal project management databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Collaborate with senior staff to draft basic marketing materials and presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university programs.
- No prior professional experience required. We are looking for eagerness to learn!
- Strong interest in marketing, business administration, or digital communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to commute to our downtown Portland office (or work remotely if approved).
