Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming night shift orders and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist the logistics team with data entry, inventory tracking, and shipment verification.
- Collaborate with senior staff to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and prepare nightly shift reports.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams during the critical night operations window.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Must be available to work 3-4 shifts per week during the summer months (May - August).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
