Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations during night shifts
- Support loading/unloading of shipments using material handling equipment
- Participate in quality control checks and documentation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Learn and adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives under mentorship
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year degree program (any major)
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn logistics operations
- Reliable transportation to Harbor East location
