Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery during night shift production cycles
- Perform quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Document production data and maintain accurate shift reports
- Assist in preventive maintenance procedures for equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Participate in training sessions for new technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (Engineering, Tech, or Operations preferred)
- Ability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (Sunday-Thursday)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles or CAD software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
