Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery and automated production systems during night shifts
- Perform quality control inspections using precision measurement tools
- Document production data and maintain digital workflow records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ISO certification standards
- Participate in shift changeover procedures and equipment calibration
- Support new hire training and knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related program
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete pre-employment background check
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles a plus
- Must be available for 12-16 hours/week through Fall semester
