Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery and assembly lines during night shifts.
- Perform routine quality control checks and document production data accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing materials.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to 5S standards.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to report any anomalies or issues.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and safety briefings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University program (preferred majors: Manufacturing, Engineering, Business).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit facility.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
