Responsibilities
- Monitor & Support: Assist in monitoring system performance and supporting night-time operational workflows.
- Customer Assistance: Provide timely and professional support to clients via email and chat during night shifts.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer data and operational logs.
- Team Communication: Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and information sharing.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency and suggest improvements to current night operations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of daily activities and technical issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school or college/university program (Graduating seniors welcome).
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with standard office software (Word, Excel).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: A high degree of punctuality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
