Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and precision to maintain database integrity.
- Assist in the management, organization, and archiving of digital files and customer records.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via email and internal communication channels during evening hours.
- Collaborate closely with the night operations team to resolve operational issues and support workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive workspace to ensure optimal team performance.
- Participate in weekly intern training sessions to enhance technical skills and professional development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a High School Senior, College, or University student.
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a night shift schedule.
