Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational tasks and logistics management on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Support the sales and customer service team with accurate data entry and reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the organization and restocking of supplies.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and update internal databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve weekend workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited university.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts on a weekly basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
