Responsibilities
- Assist warehouse staff with order picking, packing, and shipping processes during the night shift.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document daily operations logs and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (High School Diploma or GED required).
- Available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time or part-time basis during the summer.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
