Responsibilities
- Shift Operations Support: Assist the night lead in managing daily logistics workflows and ensuring 100% order accuracy.
- Data Integrity: Perform high-volume data entry and validation of inventory records using our proprietary systems.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries from clients and internal departments during evening hours.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current night shift procedures and propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across day and night shifts.
- Reporting: Generate daily and weekly operational reports highlighting key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new warehouse management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
