Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems during evening hours.
- Assist in monitoring network performance and system logs for anomalies.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our projects.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
