Responsibilities
- Monitor Night Operations: Assist in overseeing daily warehouse and logistics activities during the night shift to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
- Data Management: Input, verify, and maintain accurate digital records and inventory logs using our management software.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Reporting: Compile and submit daily shift reports highlighting key metrics and any operational discrepancies.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the day shift supervisors to ensure a smooth handover and clear communication of operational needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current night shift workflows and propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field).
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, specifically during night shift hours (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document procedures clearly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally during the shift.
