Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Logistics: Support the loading, unloading, and organization of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate digital inventory records using our management software.
- Data Entry: Process daily orders and update shipment tracking information with high accuracy.
- Customer Support: Answer basic inquiries from clients regarding order status and product availability.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School or College (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time during summer months (June–August).
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Outlook) and strong typing speed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a focus on safety protocols.
