Responsibilities
- Support inventory management and order fulfillment processes during night shift operations
- Assist with warehouse equipment operation and safety compliance protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document daily operations and maintain accurate digital records
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for night shift efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment
- No prior logistics experience necessary - training provided
