Responsibilities
- Manage inventory tracking systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate weekend shipping/receiving operations and documentation
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and safety compliance
- Support cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities
- Train on warehouse management software and automation tools
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8am-4pm)
- Local Tampa Bay residency required
- Valid driver's license preferred
