Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize inventory flow during night operations using WMS systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless 24-hour logistics execution
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Document operational procedures and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams forδΊ€ζ₯ (handover) of critical information
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on warehouse automation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM, 3-4 days/week)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (for facility transportation needs)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Experience with logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
