Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and tickets during the night shift.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management to ensure accuracy.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
