Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend operational workflows across 3+ department teams
- Execute data-driven performance tracking and weekly reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communications between vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Develop process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Support event logistics for weekend community workshops
- Manage inventory systems and supply chain coordination
- Create documentation for knowledge transfer protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
