Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows during the night shift to ensure continuity of service.
- Analyze incoming data and communications to identify trends and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform quality assurance checks on digital assets and customer records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of new standard operating procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting for the evening shift.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High School students welcome).
- Must be available to work night shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a dedicated workspace.
